Products Description

This filter pleat integrates the core functions of the edge attaching machine and is equipped with an intelligent automatic control system, which can automatically complete the entire process operations such as pulling the tape, applying glue, cutting, discharging materials and returning to standby. The equipment adopts a dual-station design, supporting simultaneous operation on both sides. Combined with the automatic rapid curing technology of hot melt adhesive, it not only enhances production efficiency but also significantly reduces energy consumption. The gluing system adopts a precision metering pump and an intelligent temperature control device to ensure uniform and stable gluing thickness, providing an efficient and accurate edge application solution for filter production. Workers only need to perform simple edge application operations, greatly simplifying the production process.
